Filters

They are ideal to separate oil from the chips originated from machining in shop floor. Lot of oil can be extracted continuously and thereby conserves costly oil. The unit is continuous working and discharge is automatic.

Manufactured in three different type of drums. Plain, Serrated and Ring type for effective removal of ferrous contaminations from coolant. Rare earth magnetic filters are also available within extremely high degree of separation with 8-10 times more. Filtering capacity ranges from 30 LPM to 3000 LPM.

These can be used as secondary filters or as inline filters. Positive filtration of contaminations ensures finer surface finish avoiding breakage of costly tools in through tool application. Simplex or duplex version with clogging indicator are available. Filtering accuracy 5 microns to 50 micron and flow rates 50 LPM to 1000 LPM.

Paper band and magnetic coolant clarifiers offer the excellent means of filtering both ferrous nad non ferrous particles. Where high degree of purification is required and contaminates differ in form, size and composition. Paper band filtering system as a rule gives best results. Paper band filters are recommended for grinding, honing and transfer lines and machining centre. It also can be used for rolling mills for filtering coolant which helps to improve the surface finish to sheets.

Are simple and economical filtration systems and requires no consumables and do not have any moving parts. The separation of contamination is by cyclonic operation. Suitable for separating magnetic and non-magnetic particles up to 10 microns. Available in 100 LPM to 500 LPM capacity.

As the name suggests the system requires 70% less space than conventional band filters with higher degree of filtration utilizing minimum filter media. The specially designed conveyor belt of semi circular shape allows greater filter area and efficiency in working. The higher head of coolant gets stored in the filter offers better filtration through the media as compared to gravity.

Oil skimmers are useful to extract tramp oil, scum, grease etc. floating on the coolant to avoid bacteria growth and proper flow of coolants in filter media. Available up to 1.5mtr. height and width 500mm. Oil skimmers are available in Belt and Disc versions.

Triple R Oil cleaners are first to achieve ‘total cleaning’ of industrial hydraulic oil and lube oil, guaranteeing oil purity by removing everything from solid Particles to water to sludge and oil oxidation residues.

All Triple R filter elements are Multipass-tested and guarantee consistent and reproducible micron ratings and filtration efficiency. The filter element range comes in 4 sizes (30, 50, 100 and 300 size), in various filter materials from cellulose to polyester to PP, and in 2 different setups (standard setup or ‘double stage’ D-series setup).
