MAGNETIC SEPARATOR

A magnetic separator removes ferrous contaminants from materials . where both ferrite & rare earth magnets can be used according to the needs.

Features:

CENTRALIZED COOLANT SYSTEN

A centralized coolant filtration system is used to filter and recirculate coolant from multiple machines through a single unit, ensuring clean and efficient coolant supply. First used coolant is collected in central tank and then larger chips and debris were removed using magnetic separator. After removing chips , primary and secondary filtration take place in order to purify the oil or coolant. Oil skimmer were used to remove tramp oil to enhance coolant quality and at last it is recirculated back to machine through pumps.

Filtration Process Steps:

  1. Coolant Collection – Used coolant from machines is collected in a central tank.

  2. Pre-Filtration – Large chips and debris are removed using chip conveyors or magnetic separators.

  3. Primary Filtration – Fine metal particles are separated using conventional or compact paper band filter.

  4. Secondary Filtration – Micro-filtration through bag filters, or cartridge filters ensures ultra-fine purification.

  5. Oil Separation – oil skimmers remove tramp oil to enhance coolant quality.

  6. Coolant Conditioning – The system maintains the correct temperature, concentration, and pH balance for optimal machining.

  7. Recirculation – Cleaned coolant is pumped back to the CNC machines for reuse.

DUAL BAG FILTER

A dual bag filter is an industrial filtration system that uses two filter bags to remove contaminants from liquids, allowing continuous operation by switching between bags when one becomes clogged

STRAMP OIL FILTER

CENTRIFUGE FILTER

Removes fine particles and oil without filter media. Reduces contamination, improves fluid performance, and lowers disposal costs.
